We looked at the budding and promising service ScreenToaster review back in Nov’08. 
ScreenToaster is an online screen recording tool that doesn’t require you to install any software in your computer. The only requirement is to have Java installed in your browser and you can use this in Windows, Mac OS X or Linux!
It is incredibly simple to use but lacked an important feature. Recording audio along with the screen you are recording.
Now, ScreenToaster has graduated and has added supported for recording live audio with your screencasts.You can also embed webcam in screen capture. I also like the fact that I can puse while recordning. While playing back, I can play it in a accelerated mode or in slow-motion.
Also, as an experimental feature, you can download your recordings as .avi file but this is not stable yet.
ScreenToaster could be a great tool in a blogger’s arsenal and I intend to use it as much as I can.
