What’s new at ShanKri-la?

Just a quick weekend update to my readers. If you had visited the site today, you might have noticed a few things here.

Ads

I have added a few ads and I have tried my best to make them unobtrusive so it doesn’t hinder or dampen your reading experience. I don’t think this is going to make me a millionaire but it will be nice to have the cost of running ShanKri-la covered.

Guest blogging

As some of you might know, I started guest blogging at Blog About Your Blog last week and loved the response to my first post about 9 Reasons to Use a Desktop Blog Editor. Following the same thread, I am talking about 9 Reasons to Use a Desktop RSS Reader. Please leave a comment there if you hop on over there to read it.

We are going to have a weekly poll. This is just a short reminder for you to take a second to participate in the weekly poll I just started this Friday. I would like to know if you use Remember the Milk (RTM), an online task manager or any online task manager or a desktop task manager or none.
