Firefox 3.6 was released today and is available for download.
Firefox 3.6 brings a few new notable features
- Supports one-click themes – Personas (previously available as an add-on)
- Out-of-date plugin notifier
- Improved Javascript performance, browser responsiveness and startup time
- Web developers can tell scripts to run asynchronously to speed up page load time
- Support for downloadable web fonts using the new WOFF font format
- Supprt for new CSS attributes such as gradients, background sizing, and pointer events
- Support for new DOM and HTML5 specifications including the Drag and Drop API & the File API
